Your shipping costs will vary depending on the value of your order. Our shipping carrier is Fedex Express, delivery will take 5-8 business days.
For Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and U.S. Virgin islands it will take 10-15 business days.
Sensazão Style is not shipping overseas YET.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Sensazao, LLC will accept the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days of the original order and delivery date; and provide a full refund in the amount of the merchandise purchase price, minus the processing and handling fees that are included in the price of the item(s), if the following conditions are met.
In order to be eligible for a return and a subsequent refund:
The returned item(s) must be postmarked within 30 days the original order delivery date and mailed to Sensazao, LLC.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition.
For items to be considered perfect, they must be unworn, unwashed and have no traces of deodorant, make up or any distinctive smells.
Sensazao LLC will process all returns with in 30 days of receipt given that above criteria is met by the customer.
Sensazao LLC will provide one return-shipping label per order, via email or mail to customers wishing to make returns.
Additional returns for the same order are at customer's expense.
Alternate return shipping methods are acceptable however; these methods would be at the customer's expense.
Sensazao, LLC is not responsible for any return packages not received.
Sensazao, LLC will process all refunds with in 30 days of receipt given that conditions are met.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If Sensazao, LLC deems that the item(s) does not qualify or meet any of the above-mentioned criteria, the item(s) will not be eligible for a return/refund. Sensazao, LLC will send an email within 30 days with the option of returning the product(s) at the customer(s) expense. After 30 days of no response to our initial email, the return will be automatically deemed as forfeited.
Sensazao, LLC does not accept any exchanges for online orders.
